Great family-friendly hotel with amazing children's pool and attentive lifeguards. Staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful, especially when my child fell ill at dinner. Fun entertainment for kids, not too noisy. Good mix of guests.

Brilliant location to the canary islands, excellant services and extremely comfy bed. Close enough to beautiful-plentiful restaurants, beautiful setting, harbour and beach with good bathing, a taxi and other activities.

Lovely Holiday
Just returned from a week's stay at a beautiful hotel. My partner, grandson , and I had a fantastic time. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and we were given all the necessary information for our holiday. Our room was clean and spacious, although there was no kettle provided. However, we brought our own and it was not a problem. We also paid extra for a fridge and safe, which were convenient additions.

Got above average breakfasts and overall had a lovely stay overall for modern travellers. Our room was modern and fantastic with a very large terrace and free fridge plus the AC. Besides, the location was good for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a lush botanical garden.
